So very grateful to have discovered the practice of Yoga Nidra and your YouTube channel. I have been diagnosed with severe depression and generalized anxiety disorder and your practices have helped ameliorate those "issues" in a huge way as well as improving my sleep. You have helped with my self confidence as well as helping me achieve a healthy level of equanimity. I practice a minimum of 6 nights a week right before bed and the impact has just been incredible. It has also aided me with my addiction issue. I love your "targeted" practices because they help very specific areas of overall mental health. I have learned to let go of those thoughts and memories that don't serve me on my path which requires very diligent practice on my part but the results have been fantastic.
