What is your biggest challenge when it comes to sticking to a fully raw diet?
I am working on a big surprise for you all that will be launching on 1.1.2025 🀩 And for that I would be super curious to hear your struggles with implementing a fully raw or high raw vegan diet. We all have them, I have them, too. Not to say that raw is law. However I love giving my body a little rest from heavier cooked foods regularly for a couple of days. It feels soooo good. I wish every person on the planet could experience the feeling you get when you eat fully raw just for a few days 🧑πŸ”₯🌞 So if you want, close your eyes for a moment. Take a few deep breath into your nose and out the mouth. Feel the surface your sitting on. And ask yourself.... What is my biggest challenge when it comes to implementing a fully raw vegan diet? It also helps to be truly honest with ourselves and not sugarcoat our weak spots. It's okay to have them and being conscious of them and taking responsibility is already a massive step and an open door for progress and an opportunity to do the required work! Where are you travelling to this summer? And do you find it difficult as a high raw vegan/vegan?
It's vaccation timeeeee πŸŽ‰ Would love to hear what you've got planned this summer πŸ‘‡πŸ€© I've got a couple of trips lined up. One to Italy with my family. One to La Palma (The Canary Islands) to visit my friends. And of course for Kaki Season in December I gotta go to Turkey 🀩 For me traveling as a raw vegan is the most wonderful thing on earth. Here's why: 1.) I love going to the beach. Because since I found raw foods I feel so happy and confident in my body. 2.) This lifestyle makes you feel so light and energetic, that you can experience your journey and go out and do stuff on a whole new level. 3.) You don't need a kitchen or healthy food options in restaurants since you can literally just buy ripe fruit and eat it wherever you are. 4.) You get to explore the agriculture of another place and especially in Summer this is so exciting. Many new raw foodists feel intimidated to travel while doing this lifestyle. But I no longer look at it that way. Nowadays I travel to places to eat good fruit and explore new varieties. I just went for a swim in the ocean with my family. And I realized how much it reenergizes me when I connect with my favorite element: water. I believe we all have one element that has the most potent and powerful effect on us and which we feel the strongest connection to. For me it has always been water. Whenever I go for a swim in nature I feel like I can take on the whole world. No challenge seems to big anymore. I’m ready to accomplish anything. I am Pisces and I have always been in love with water my whole life and I love being inside any body of water of course the Ocean is my favourite but any will do! I feel an instant effect as soon as I enter water, so much releases and I feel so much at peace with myself and the world! It's the best feeling!
