Good morning, I have somehow managed to loose my link to my backstage dashboard. Can you please assist me?

I am trying to reconnect my Facebook account. I am using my backstage phone number. The problem is that when they send me an SMS with a code to use, I am not getting the SMS. If I send an SMS directly from my phone I do get that. Not receiving the SMS from Facebook is causing me many issues. How do I rectify this?
