Anyone here flip houses using credit and can give me any pointers?

Hi everyone, I am happy to receive my Amex card I got my children to save them on Apple wallet and changing my spending habits to gold card, the challenge is I don’t like to ask my friends and family for favour I want to use prepaid credit or something I can do without bothering them, any suggestions would be appreciated.
