I used to lose a lot of great ideas because I couldn’t get them down in time. So, I built a workflow to capture voice notes in Slack and automatically turn them into social media content that can be posted across all my channels. It’s been a huge help for staying productive even when I’m not at the desk. Here’s how it works: 1. Record a quick voice note in a designated Slack channel while you’re on the go. 2. The workflow transcribes the note, then drafts content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter (X). 3. The content is sent to Airtable for review and scheduling. Now I can capture ideas on the fly and have content ready for posting without losing that creative spark. If anyone’s curious, I can share the setup.

Writing client proposals was easting up so much of my time. I'd spend hours customising each one, only to go back and forth with clients on revisions before the project even started. So of course, I built another workflow to automate the proposal creation process and its saved me tons of time! Here's what I did: 1. Created a dynamic proposal template in Pandadoc. 2. Set it up so client details and project specifics auto-fill based on a Typeform questionnaire. 3. Created a workflow to auto-send the proposal to clients for review, electronic signature and payment. .. And now I can generate customised proposals in minutes. Hey guys—anyone else finding it tough to keep up with creating content across multiple platforms? I was spending way too much time formatting, scheduling, and posting everywhere, so (after a TON of trial and error) I built a simple workflow that streamlined everything. Here’s what I did: 1. Created a content calendar, where I list the content topics for each platform. 2. Used Make to automatically format the content for each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, blog, etc.) based on the input. 3. Set it up to auto-schedule posts for each platform, so I don’t have to touch it once it’s in the calendar. It’s been a huge timesaver for managing content across different channels.
