Testing messaging
Do you have your a favorite low-cost method to test your offer's message?

I think the fastest way to test messaging is by running ads if your goals is scale. Warm network testing can be helpful, but also biased based on how much relationship capital you have with the person in your network. The algorithms are so good these days, you can start seeing winners and losers with nominal amounts of ad spend. It goes without saying, but message testing assumes you have a dialed in offer. It is mind scratching. I have a client right now with a database of 55k+ records that have reached out to them over the last 6 years, but they spend all of their time and effort on new client acquisition through paid ads.

It was nice when they used to let you control delivery speed, but they took that away a while ago. Google will spend up to 2x your daily budget in a given day if the AI believes it will increase the campaign objective (Leads) - but over the course of 30 days it will not exceed your daily budget x 30 days. You might want to put ad schedules in place if you're trying to get leads during business hours.
