Question
What does the Soul Tribe think of, as Michelle has suggested, having a 15 minute noon meditation on the Tuesdays that we're not holding our zoom meeting?

Turtle Medicine
My son gave me a gift of a ceramic turtle with his front paws and Prayer mode. if you would like to see it, you'll have to download it by clicking the image to the below. So according to the book.'animal- speak' by Ted Andrews, this is why turtle medicine represents.: In the far east and native American cultures, the shell was as symbol of heaven, and the square underside was the symbol of earth. All. shore areas are associated with Gateways. the turtle is sometimes known as the keeper to the doors. Turtle is the symbol of the primal mother. Long life and groundedness within life is part of what is associated with the turtle. It does not move fast. Turtle knows it has all the time in the world. Turtle medicine can teach new prospective and perceptions about time in our relationship with it. Turtles hear very well. Actually, they sense vibration in the water through their skin and shell. Turtle medicine stimulates hearing and Clair audience. Turtles are opportunistic. When turtle medicine shows up in your life, it's a reminder to pay attention or you'll miss opportunities. Turtles have a slow metabolism. So is it a reminder to ask ourselves; has life become too hectic? Are we not taking time for ourselves? Are we so busy that we can't really see what is going on? (***I, for one, am guilty as charged!) Again, the book is: 'Animal Speak' by Ted Andrews.
