WHAT HAS CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST DENIAL?
Since my last interview, I realized there might have been concerns about my finances. I've worked on that by saving more and securing an on-campus employment, which will help cover my housing costs and reduce the financial burden. My desire to get a U.S. education has only grown stronger, and I'm still fully committed to returning to Nigeria, because of my family and friends and the opportunity that awaits me.

Simply put, the core of the MSA teaches about the foundation of administration, human resources, strategic planning, and organizational theory. Im drawn to this course because of my experience working as an administrative staff member who seeks personal development and career advancement so i can function at a higher level. With this degree, I will be getting a variety of skill sets that will enable me to function in various departments at a managerial/executive position, thus reaching my career goals.

I got admitted to a few schools but central michigan stood out for me because its MBA curriculum and standard aligns with the society of human resources management (SHRM) cause it focuses on the core areas of HR, which aligns with my career goals. CMU is also known as one of the best research institute in the midwest, and they are well known for providing an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students irrespective of race, and they are quite affordable.
