I want to grow muscle while loosing fat over the next few months before going into a pure cut. My plan is to take a hybrid approach and I’m wondering how much cardio alongside weight training will effect my gains?
@ShayMaxx X current my weekly split is Push - roughly 5 exercises Legs A - focus Quads Rest Pull - roughly 5 exercises Legs B - focus on hams/glutes Cardio day (1.5hr) Rest With about 20/30 minutes cardio on each of the weight lifting days as well.
