Who will be paying for your studies? I will be funding my education at the University of Missouri Kansas City through a combined stream of income. Over the years I have saved a considerable amount from my previous work experience as a school leader. And as a bubbling writer, founder and convener of Naija Poetry Fest, I have 3 of my books currently on Amazon and sella. In fact, my first book has been adapted into a movie and will be launched in March next year. I was awarded the Dean's scholarship of $8,000 covering 10% of tuition fees. I also inherited my family's estate where I collect rents annually. Most encouraging, the dean having read my works online offered to assist me with a part-time job as a research assistant in the faculty of education upon my arrival.

1. Why are you going to the US? The reason why I chose the US as my preferred learning destination is to enhance my academic career in Education having attained the height of a School Leader. The US has a strong reputation for academic excellence, research opportunities and innovative facilities that would boost my teaching experience and leadership role. In addition, the US has a diversified cultural exchange and global networking which would be a great asset to me as a poet and author.
