Hello everyone! I joined a couple days ago. I’m in Dallas TX area and I’ve been an integrator for a few years now. I’m a lawyer back in Venezuela and that logical thinking got me on the integrator role when I started in real estate back in 2020. I helped a small group go from 2 guys in a garage to a 200 unit portfolio and 30 employees and learned A LOT of lessons along the way. I left that company last year and I started doing some wholesale and fix and flips but my true passion is integrating processes, lead generation, finances, team building, etc. Recently I decided to focus on consulting full time as fractional integrator and I’m working with a couple clients but I will love to learn more from everyone here as well as provide as much as I can. Looking forward to meeting other operations nerds like me 😂
