There are several ways in which you can do this. First of all I want to say your ahead just by being able to identify what the problem is. One way in which you can attend to this problem you can join a small group for classes as you made mention that working out alone does not motivate you, or two find an online coach or group like us here @ OSCORE fitness! Three get a gym membership with a workout plan and have a trainer do check ins with you.

My nickname is LION KING, I’m from Jamaica my biggest strength I believe is to inspire people! One of my biggest weakness is that I love food too much hahaha. I’m a PT, bus driver, a recovery trainer and I work for F45. My goal here is to inspire everyone to be the best version of themselves 💪🏾.
