In today's post I am going to teach you the one of the most important ingredients to manifesting powerfully and consistently. I am also going to give you an exercise that will speed up your results. Are you ready? Take out your pen and paper because we are in class! So first of all, we need to understand that our energy fuels our manifestations or slows them down. High vibe energies are going to push your manifestations through faster and of course one of the fastest ways to get that high vibe energy is using hypnosis. Examples of high vibe energy ✅ Peace ✅ Enlightenment ✅ Joy ✅ Love Examples of low vibe energy 😑 Doubt 😑 Fear 😑 Anger 😑 Shame So the formula is ⬆️ high vibe emotions ⬆️ manifestations I already know your next question... CELEBRATE Being able to celebrate and FEEL that celebration emphasis on FEEEEEEL When you celebrate you are opening yourself up to feel those high vibe emotions. So here is your exercise: 1️⃣ I want you to go on social media and find something you are calling in for yourself, be it a house, successful business, car, travel destination, more money whatever you want. You can find this by searching it or liking something someone you follow has that you are calling in. 2️⃣ Comment on that post and CELEBRATE it! Yes I know this might feel sticky due to seeing something that you want that you perceive you don't have... BUT. I just manifested a 25k client using this powerful method and now it is time to teach it to you. It is called the millionaire decision method. All you have to do is decide that your future will happen. You decide with your mind, body and soul and there isn't any doubt in your mind that it will happen. You decide to have a 5k,10k, 15k, 20k month and you send that energy into the world, and no matter what happens in the 3D you know your result with happen. Making the decision to be successful sounds difficult but really it isn't if you audited your beliefs around success, regulate your nervous system so that your wealth receiver is wide open and expand your wealth container to hold more wealth. You might say ummm Julia how in the world do I do this. Let me explain 1. Auditing your beliefs (checking your subconscious for limiting beliefs that could create tension and resistance around achieving your goals) ex: I'm not good enough, money is evil ect. Once you locate them remove them because they will block wealth 2. regulate nervous system (make sure your body is on board with the expansiveness you are bringing into your life. if it isn't your self-sabotage mechanism can kick in and thats where you find procrastination, freeze response, doom scrolling, and wasting your time. (your nervous system and mind are connected) 3. Expand wealth container (Stretch into your wealthiest version by installing the beliefs in your subconscious that will allow you to hold and keep more wealth. and be CONSISTENT with receiving it. Do these things and making the decision to be successful will be easy and powerful. You will unlock so many opportunities in your life and business.
