Where shame truely lies
I heard a quote recently that really resonated with me, and I thought I’d share it. Life has been full of ups and downs, and like anyone, I’ve made my fair share of mistakes. Sometimes, it leaves you feeling weak, ashamed, or powerless and we chose to hide voicing this and bottle it up. But this quote reminded me “there’s no shame in being weak, the real shame is in choosing to stay that way” So when I feel like I’m not measuring up - whether it’s to a goal for the day, week, or even the year - I remind myself that feeling weak isn’t the end, we will all feel it at some point and there’s no shame in voicing it. What matters is getting back up and growing stronger.

That's awesome, I agree with you on ice baths. I have a ice bath and home sauna which I love to use after a workout, great for recovery. Nothing like cold water therapy to start your day, the cold shock definitely wakes you up and gets you firing on all cylinders enhancing mental alertness. Not to mention it increases your metabolism, boots energy (a good way to delay that morning coffee avoiding that afternoon crash), relesing good endorphins and even improving your hair and skin. Doing it consistently definitely helps build that mental toughness and discipline. @Luke La Spina

Processed food is all shit
If you want a treat have some berries. My biggest hate food - Hot dogs & Mixed meat dumplings (Pork/Chicken) Best foods - Eggs - Steak - Vegtables (Minimal) - Blueberries - Yoghurt What have I missed?

Beetroot is an extremely underated superfood, aside from many health benefits it also acts as a great pump booster for our muscles pre gym. A great way to break your fast is by having nuts and dates. Protien and good fats are a great way to start your day. Carbs are overrated, carnivore is king 💪 Highly processed foods can live in ours intestines for days, making us weigh up to 1kg-3kg heavier than what we actually are, a good way aside from fasting is adding in detoxifying smoothies such as watermelon, cucumber and pineapple. If a product has more then a few ingredients and can be stored up to months on the shelf, that's how long those chemicals will live in our gut resulting us feeling more lethargic.

Motivated and enthusiastic with a huge emphasis on fitness, diet and mental health. Currently working as a social worker and personal trainer. Train in all aspects of fitness and combat with intentions of competing further. Aiming to sell an old investment properly overseas and buying my first investment property here alongside further developing my personal training and social work business.
