No denying that these can help with mood and may be all some people need but I think a bit on the simplistic side. My daughter has anxiety and depression so I have studied it somewhat. Depression is a multifaceted mental health condition with biological, psychological, and social components, and treating it typically requires a more comprehensive approach. Some famous athletes who have publicly spoken about their depression include Michael Phelps, Serena Williams, Tyson Fury..
