Will an invalidated Supply zone on the 1hr chart (by candle close of wick) turn into a bullish Breaker Block?

Hello all, per Apex EA rules, the applicant must trade for minimum of 7 trading days. What about if there are no trade opportunities for a day or two within those 7 days? Would this be a rule breaker?
