I’ve had a full day of teaching, a break time duty and a lunchtime duty. Hope that counts as exercise!!! I am shattered, and it all starts again tomorrow xx
Feeling stressed lazy and useless
I’ll start, have a good couple of days then wham, something happens and it’ll kick start my emotional eating. Then the motivation has gone! I’m so exhausted with everything…

Lazy bones
I think I am just lazy I want to lose weight because I am so unhappy with the way I look but just can't physically get motivated or I do something for a couple of days then give up does anyone else feel like this?

I’m a stressed out teacher who eats way too much nutritionally void foods. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and my joints are suffering!!
