When energy is an issue at calculated Deficit
Hey Dr Mike, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your community. I have a question. As I am very short and have a small bone structure, (I am 152cm) my TDEE is really low. I am 46 year old woman, excersise 6 days a week (3 times with Pilates on the reformer - very intense - I push my self) and 3-4 times at the gym body weights mostly with Calethetics, push ups, rung pull ups, body weight dips etc. It is very hard and I weigh more than my strength so am building up. I am 32% body fat and want to get to 20%. I have been eating at 1100 Cal but was SO tired I was having to sleep every day and couold not function. I upped my Cal to 1200 but have not lost weigth or measurements or fat % for 5 weeks. My macros are 120g Protein, 60 fat, 45 Carb. what else can I consider to combat tiredness but also loose fat!!

Thank you, this is exactly what I have started to do. I am 5 foot, 46yrs old and have also started heavy weights. I cant believe how sore my muscles are. so am only doing 4 days a week. This is my first week. I have managed to maintain my weight and my body fat is reading 31% at the momemt. So I feel I am moving in the right direction
