I've just posted ShortlistIQ on Product Hunt!
After a long debate if we should get a popular hunter to post us or if we should do it ourselves, we've went with the second option. As PH audience is not really our target market, we thought we should just try to tell a compelling story in our own words and see how the community accepts the idea and hopefully gather some feedback. Link: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/shortlistiq Any kind of support on PH is appreciated ๐Ÿค— P.S. ShortlistIQ is a candidate screening tool that uses GPT4o to conduct first-round interviews with all candidates who applied for a job, asking strategic questions to uncover their actual skills and find hidden gems.

Thanks so much @Aaron Krall! On a side note, I was trying out LinkedIn influencers, as a bunch of them messaged me after posting on PH. I didn't have the time to actually evaluate the quality of their content, and went on to sponsor some of their posts. Not to my surprise, most of them had fake engagement, which then they brought to PH upvoting from stale/new accounts. Conclusion, PH has removed almost 100 upvotes from the ShortlistIQ launch. Probably as a penalty, because I saw they were doing it in increments of 10. Word to the wise: Check twice who promotes your products and how. Best of luck to everyone!

FREE LinkedIn Outreach Sequence (Template)
If any of you are doing LinkedIn Outreach, this is a template we've used and have had a lot of success with. It's worth testing if you have a campaign already going. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1611A6F8xh3oXSUNw7jEN8514KM1Pf1rhagWlJ-mApkk/edit?usp=sharing NOTE: The magic of this template is focusing on the RESULT you get them, NOT the tool or app. If the RESULT you can give them is something they WANT and haven't been able to get, you'll see some popcorn start popping. Enjoy :) Thanks for leaping with me

@Aaron Krall Thanks Aaron, happy to be here! Not yet, I've just gotten the idea in September and been developing it for the past 3 months, but it's high on the to-do list.

@Oren Greenberg Thanks! The animations felt a bit over the top, but Iโ€™m happy how it turned out. Now the difficult part - getting it to market. Iโ€™m gonna share what worked so it may help you with your platform considering we share this field. ๐Ÿ™Œ
What change have you made in your life that has had the BIGGEST impact on your happiness, joy and fulfillment?
As soon as we get 5 LEAPers to respond, I'll post mine :)

I've discovered that true happiness lies in letting go of lofty expectations. Previously, I constantly set high benchmarks for myself, only to find that with each achievement, my expectations would escalate, turning satisfaction into an elusive pursuit. However, embracing a shift in perspective, I started to set my expectations at a minimum, finding joy in simple daily accomplishments, like the mere act of waking up. This doesn't mean I lack goals or ambition; I still strive towards my aspirations but without the pressure of expecting outcomes. This subtle detachment has paradoxically brought me closer to my goals, achieving them with a sense of peace rather than a chase for fulfillment. It's a journey from a place of contentment, not a race against expectations.
