Advice of Contact module
We are a travel company and as per my understanding and individuals information needs to be captured as a contact. Be it an employee of a supplier, vendor or a client. We are a travel company and sell mostly B2B, we apart from the above categories of individuals we need to save details of the actual traveller. The fields for this category are very numerous and dont appear for any other category. So adding all these fields in the contact module seems to be an over load for other categories. Please advice on how this si to be handled? Thanks in advance

@Pavan Joshi I am not asking for it to be customised for my requirement. Please read the OP again. I am asking if there are different type of contacts is adding the superset set of fields to all contacts the only option? Also some fields could be mandatory for my end client but would be irrelevant to an employee in my vendors office. How is this to be handled?

@Krishnal Nair That would work for me but would that mean adding all those fields on basis of a dependency? That would be quite clunky. for example my client would have atleast 20 fields which do figure in other categories
UI in studio
When setting input fields in Studio is there any way to control placement. For now, you can make groups, and in each group there are 2 columns and as many rows you like. Is there a way to use only 1 column in a row or have more than 2 columns in a row. This is so that we can group related fields together for clarity and ease of use

Thanks @Vishal Dake that was helpful
radio buttons in studio
Are there other options in 'select' apart from drop downs. If the selection options are low, then radio buttons are a better option as it costs just 1 click. Please advice

That means you need to create 2 controls and cannot controls only one being checked. Also all dependencies and conditional stuff becomes complicated after that

Mapping field not showing up during import
I am importing Company data using a test file with 2 fields. There are no records in the company database. When i import file during mapping for the "account name" it doesn't show up the required name the list. I watched the video and as explained in the video i removed the tick from the mapping on account name. Even after doing this account name does not show up in the list. Please advice

@Rahul Rafaliya that worked, thanks Why is the naming so confusing? Even module names dont match... BUT When i now try to create a lead and type the name in the accounts box, the company name doesn't show up. Instead you have to press select button and then search from the list that opens up. Is this how its supposed to behave

@Moazzam Shaikh CRM Support as mentioned in the OP asking this query after watching the video 🙂
Populating a dropdown list based on earlier choice
I Want the list of dropdown to be populated as per earlier choice eg, I have a selection for Domestic or international. This could be a radio button or drop down or whatever works. If domestic is selected the the dropdown list for "destination" should show name of states, if international was selected then list of countries should be displayed. is this possible? Thanks in advance

@Bhoomi Ajugia how do you do that? I have created 2 dropdowns, domestic and international. These are displayed by using dependency on another dropdown where user selects between domestic and international. The idea for having separate dropdowns on selection level is to avoid long and unwieldy dropdown lists which can be confusing
