I'm currently at 15 Percent Body fat and I want to get to 10 Percent Bodyfat how do I eat out once every week And still achieve my goals of cutting to 10 percent body fat without it hindering in my progress.

For Protein I eat- Chicken, Fish, Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Soya Chunks, sprouts For Carbs- Rice, White Potato, Bread, Bananas, Oats. And for healthy fats- olive oil, cottage cheese, eggs, avocados. Hope this helped you! Remember it's really important to count your calories and not go over or under as being under will not let you grow and being over will get you fat.

How many calories surplus should one have for lean bulking. Maintaining 10-12 Pecent Body Fat throughout the bulk while also gaining a shit load of muscle?

I love doing Barbell Squats but I'm really confused do I go all the way down or 90Β° (perpendicular to the ground) if my goal is hypertrophy?
