For those who are doing a cleanse this Thanksgiving or watching what you eat here are a few recipes to use. Coconut Whipped Cream Refrigerate a can of coconut cream overnight. Open the can the next day & put only the cream in a bowl. Save the rest for another recipe later or toss if you would like. Add 1tsp of vanilla, a small dash of maple syrup, & whip with an electric beater until peaks form. Use on any pie or dessert.
