Excellent range of motion. Excellent pace - going at the same speed within both directions and making it look easy. I noticed that you “ never cheated the form” which looked easier than it is. By NOT rocking the body and staying true to form and utilizing a dumbell weight that one can fairly easily knock out 10 reps - one will never injure oneself. Within weight training it is crucial to keep our Ego out of it because we usually love to keep increasing the weight until we begin compromising the proper form and that is when INJURY occurs. Thanks !
