I have been lifting for like 7ish months fairly consistent and I was wondering if I should switch to Bro split or My way of a bro split Chest Monday Back Tuesday Arms Wednesday Legs thursday Chest Friday Back Saturday Arms Sunday repeat:
@Liftxfaith On insta I use weighted because Iβve been doing them for a long time- regular dips are too easy. I do them on my second chest day but I also donβt have an arm day. I do biceps when I do back day so I get most of my tricep work from that second chest day. If that makes sense
