Planting day: OFFLINE
-EDIT- We finished up early, due to our realization that we don't have the sufficient containers like we wanted! But we'll be recording our Pink Oyster Mushroom journey, as well as what transplanting our garlic/pumpkins look like later. For now, enjoy the rest of your weekend and keep growing! 🌱 We have a busy planting day ahead of us! We are planting about 20 trays of microgreens, transplanting sprouted garlic, and starting some Pink Oyster Mushrooms we picked up from the market the other day! Can't wait to get started! @Kirsten Skirvin absolutely! We got our mushroom starter from Mush Better Mushrooms, and have had a lot of success with our lions mane, and so we’re adding pink oysters next. We’ll take lots of pictures and share them next!

Friendly reminder to all the new folks, check out the Start Here course to get the details on Skool, how it works, and what to expect from this community! It'll prompt you to go and introduce yourself and share your grow space, which we're all excited to see! 🌱
Pea Progress
Been compiling our veggies growth over the past few weeks-- the early stages were about 3 weeks ago, and the latest picture was from just this morning! Gotta say, I'm most impressed with Peas. They are growing strong, fast, and we just discovered they require no additional efforts for pollination so they'll be growing peas all by themselves. These guys are winners for sure 👍 Do any of you have things growing in preparation for winter harvest? ❄️😋

Planting Day is: OFFLINE
-UPDATE- Planting day is all done! For anyone who tuned in, we had some a handful of mishaps happen we had to deal with. Might call today's planting day more like "grow room revamp" 😆 after some moving of extra trays and totes, it was determined we need to buy more poles and get our extra shelving units into the garage 🙃 We might do a Grow Room day later so you can see the transformation! See you all on Thursday where we'll harvest almost 30 trays worth of microgreens! 🫡 Today we're doing our normal Microgreens, as well as prepping a container to propagate our garlic! 😊 https://us04web.zoom.us/j/72575617098?pwd=nriGX92eYfjJU2lXWMUuD6biWr3vw3.1 Meeting ID: 725 7561 7098 Passcode: 6fREEt

Josephine here 🧑‍🌾 Hope you're all doing well! I had a quick little announcement I wanted to make to the group! While Rob and I use a few online programs to track our large scale growing and watering schedule, I wanted to create something that made more sense for households just growing for themselves. Something to help keep track of all the chaos (because let's be honest, it can be chaotic!) but being simple enough anyone could find use in it. I've been working on this for the past week or so, and am pretty happy with the result! I wanted to share it with you guys first though, test it out. There are spots color-coded to help you keep track of different plants and their needs, as well as "neutral" colored spots for you to use highlighters and pick your own color tracking. There are a handful of helpful tips and tricks as well, with spots to leave notes and keep track of progress and experimenting. I'D REALLY LIKE TO KNOW if the tracker is helpful, or still needs improvements! You know what they say, it's really tough to look past your own nose sometimes. And even if I think it's a neat pdf, I could be missing some obvious improvements. Please give it a download, and use it either on your ipad/tablets, or print it out and use each week/month. I know I plan to use this for my house plants specifically, but you can use it however you see fit! Can't wait to hear how you guys like it, and if it helps with your indoor growing ventures!
