Hi All, I've been a manager/owner in the mortgage industry for many years and part of my responsibilities have always been to recruit loan originators. Now I've partnered with a former mortgage industry C-level executive and started our mortgage recruiting firm. Our 2024 goal is to place a minimum of 100 loan originators with our lender clients.
