Giving Up? I think not.
Maaan of all the BS whether it be the industry, competition, 'illuminati', life itself, or your biggest enemy aka yourself what are some of the things you fear the most that could stop your progress?

Honestly my biggest vices are: My knowledge of the game (execs do to not want an artist to know the industry) I speak a bit too much on my opinion of things. And I aint going for no bs'
Did you fake it or are you living it?
Artists 'have' to brand themselves in some way. When you began this process and figured it out did you create an image or stick to your strengths in a sense by exaggerating your personality? Ill be honest I went back and fourth with this but did not solidify my decision until recently'

@Jean Paul I thought about this the same way. In my head its like how long can I stay in the game with a big heart & open arms especially since I have a 'conscious' sound. The industry does not favor my type of artistry so I will have to sneak it in there on some hard ass 808s or something. May not be directly faking it but to me it seems disingenuous' Kinda like early stage Jay-Z moving weight like Escobar but, no one saw it'

@Davida Rose Exactly, that emphasis is where its at' Like I find it interesting how those artist did exactly that while a group like the "YBN" dudes were kinda putting on an act and it seems like people picked up on that. Idk if you follow them closely but apparently they jus rap about sh*t they do in GTA' But yeah I think someone like Cardi B does this well. Is that the direction you were taking it?
50/50 with a producer?
Of all the bs going right now(apparently) with Producers and Artists... Would yall be open to a 50/50 split? Meaning the producer bring the beats, artist bring the lyrics. Plain and simple. No payments made upfront. We split sales and royalties straight down the middle. Anything extra like shows merch etc can be discussed.

@Ronnie Dijon I would suggest yall both go half on a marketing team that way you can focus on creating good music' Its always best for a teams members to stick to their strengths'

@Scarlett Star Im biased but with the way society is going lately, its like we want things faster but cheaper. If I want to make music on saturated beats Id go to Youtube. So instead Ima develop a relationship with a moderately know producer and get this bread together'
What You Need?
Anybody need help finding/attaining anything music or finance related? I can help with artist, producers, shows, sync licensing, REAL credit repair, banking, team building etc.

@Sanford Hayes You can go about it a few different ways. To begin, you can bootstrap by contacting the exact entity that you wish to provide sync licensing. But you will need to have the correct music format for your mastered tracks. Also, if you do not have much social leverage, it helps to be an entity yourself.

@Sanford Hayes Hell yeah. Remember, cash is king. It would be best to allocate this task to someone who specifically does this. Employ someone and grow the pie'
Feature Price?
At whatever level you currently are do you charge for features? If so, how do you determine the price?

@Jeff Craft Yeah the feature is jus when somebody hit you up to throw a verse on their record. A collab is a lil more in depth like a 21 Savage x Metro Boomin tape'

@Stephen Powell Yo Im telling you, I went about it the same way at first, but I found that the growth from working with other artists is exponential. Especially on the come up'
