Hey guys. My name is Roger and i am graphic designer from Botswana in Africa but now based in Cape Town ,South Africa. Have been learning so much from @Omar El-Takrori podcast interviews and I recently took a faith step on starting an online community to incubate small businesses in Botswana and anyone hungry for growth and enterpreneurship. This is a new ground and in a country of a population of a little over 2.5 million people are still skeptical with new stuff. I started inviting people last week and i have about 10 people so far. The idea is to weekly hop on a call with them and empower them through practical tools that can help them run their businesses on a daily basis, il be teaching them or rather inviting people to come train them on tools like sales funels and the like. Any advice on how i can start this right, steward the 10 and grow the community? Id appreciate your thoughts on this.
