@Shane Swaminathan I completely forgot to put mac and cheese on the poll.
Consistency is useless without Feedback
I started a Youtube channel this summer and started to be consistent in posting videos and making content. I created 3 long form videos and 10 short form videos weekly. I did that for the entire summer, I had 25 long videos but I saw no progress from the first one. Until I asked two of my acquittances that have a bigger following and know about content on Youtube to give me feedback on my channel. They ripped me a new onešŸ˜. There was a huge list of things to improve. I felt overwhelmed looking at the list but I tried to improve all the things they mentioned for my next video. The new video became my most viewed video . It received 91 views, which is 84 more than my average of 7 views per video. This is why feedback is very important.

Whatā€™s Something You Enjoy That Others See as Work?
I love analyzing things to figure out how to make them work. For example, Iā€™ve spent hours optimizing my expenses to save as much money as possible. I couldā€™ve just gotten another job to earn morešŸ˜.Thatā€™s my thingā€”whatā€™s yours?

Designing for the Bigger Picture
Looking at a more holistic approach is something that would be important in developing an autonomous flight system. Iā€™ve thought if by back to my undergraduate degree/internships and reflected on how I use to only look at one specific component and develop it from there. However, when it comes to developing an autonomous they rely on advanced sensor fusion to collect data from diverse inputs such as LiDAR, radar, and GPS, which must be processed in real-time to generate precise situational awareness. The software architecture must prioritize fault tolerance, with redundancies in data processing and control systems to prevent failures. On the hardware side, efficient power management would enable an aircraft to either conserve power in situations when a flight path needs correction or an unexpected emergency landing happens.

@Shane Swaminathan I like you looking into the whole process and seeing what the smaller steps will be. These are some of the questions I have: 1. What data specifically is the sensor fusion is collecting? 2. Could you please explain more about fault tolerance, with redundancies in data processing and control systems? 3. What does efficient power management?

@Shane Swaminathan That's amazing. Communication is one of the skills people often overlook because they assume they are already good at it. An amazing communicator makes you enhance your emotions and change the way you feel.
