Hi, everybody, my name is Ronald Adrian Legaspi, but most people just call me “Ron.” I restarted my Muay Thai journey last year by joining a local kickboxing gym in the Chino, CA, USA, area. My initial intention was just to lose weight, but the goals have developed into becoming a better Nak Muay, along with being a better Kru/coach for the kid’s program at my gym. I look forward to getting to know the community here, along with applying any and all information with my current training program.
