Hey team - I hope everyone is having a good week so far and getting tasks knocked out. Couple of bits from my side. Unfortunately we will have to postpone today’s call until next week as I am currently travelling around Japan on annual leave! For next week. I want everyone who is attending the agency operations call to bring at least 3 areas that they you are struggling with/ running into blockers with. I want to do a deep dive on each of these problems and help you build a process to work around these problem. I will also bring a number of points that we ran into when scaling the agency and how we created work arounds. Let me know in the comments below if there any areas that you are running into issues with and I will create an agenda for discussion. Ad Advice
Looking some advice / feedback on this please - so i've had a new client start, we set out a creative testing roadmap. They got 1 Scaling Campaign (only running a 3 current sale ads) and then we created a DCT campaign to test creatives. We launched first DCT (us vs them) on Monday, spending $100 AUD a day and it’s only had 4 conversions - should we turn it off and try new concept already? Also, does it make sense for us to test right now? Because for some extra context - their hero product is sold out in size S + M at the moment and they are not restocking it as they are launch a new 2.0 version of this product at the end of April so they are literally just clearing stock at the moment. Appreciate any advice here

@Matthew Connell cheers bro. So AOV is around $105 AUD according to shopify. So far the DCT has spent $414 and conversions are $434. You reckon let it run til Monday at least then yeah? And how are you dictating if you’ve a winner or not?
