Do you guys trade off fresh 5 minutes supply and demand? Or do you only focus on hourly?

Making big strides today with our business. Just passed 5 more combines to create backups for the 5 XFAs we have with Topstep. Our current accounts have a good cushion and I've paid myself once so far from them. I think I'm on the last phase of the InvestCEO business plan! Hoping to continually grow this and pay myself multiple times a month from it. This is 100% doable! Just stick to the plan and maintain good habits and actions!

I won't be doing trading of any kind today. Increased volatility in the market and basically already blew through all zones to the upside on US equities and blowing through all zones to the downside on GC. Smart play is to wait it out and establish a normal price flow. Don't make the classic "greed based" mistake of trying to chase what you think is going to happen. A lot of that already happened in the overnight. You don't really know where price goes from here.

I thought I was making a good trade based on the criteria, but it turned out to be a loss. Do you have any suggestions or indications that this might be a bad trade? Or was it just a fair trade that just didn’t go my way? I’d really appreciate any insights you can provide. I’ve attached the one-hour chart on the left and the five-minute chart on the right for reference.
