Good question. I feel like what we learned was both invaluable and at the same time, kind of useless… Like I think about my goals very differently now, my timeline has stretched farther, my vision is bigger, this is all invaluable and worth the price and trip out there. But I couldn’t really execute on what we took away because the problems we were facing were a little more granular to where we were at and our industry. What we have done which has been a game changer (or at least it’s looking that way) is we started running ads for the first time ever… we did 1M top line all organic, now it’s time to pour gasoline on what we have built 🔥 Curious how other people feel
Question
Hey guys anyone here working with coaches?

Working with coaches doing what? I’ve helped coaches save more money, but I don’t exclusively work with coaches
Motivated and overwhelmed
Anyone else feeling a bit of a “hangover” after the workshop? It was like drinking 100 proof business wisdom straight from a firehouse and we are implementing a lot immediately but also feeling like “fuck… there is so much to do” 😂 We are preparing for our VAM day in July, we wanna get what we can done before then so we can come strong. But it’s a rollercoaster and right now feeling like I’m in the emotional “drop”

Two main bottlenecks Our appointment setter team needs more accountability, and we just hired a new setter so it’s a great time to implement this. But the main one is rev retention. I run financial coaching and marketing coaching programs for tattoo artists. We are good at solving their problems leading to them not needing to work with us when they are done. Leila answers my question perfectly about retention. It’s the relationship they build with us that keeps them wanting more. We have a third “inner circle” program that we recently implemented so we need to: -Strengthen setter team with daily accountability -Re think how we sell the “inner circle” program to target the people who are the best fit and get them before their program is over.
