Issues while importing Leads and Contacts
Sir i have a data base of my leads and customer in excel format but I'm unable to import those data to this CRM, Please help us to resolve this issue

Contact fields to auto-update in call.
So I have synced my calls and it's showing the correct name from contacts module. But how do I update all the contact details automatically into the call module so that I don't have to add for each individual call? Is there a feature by which, even incoming calls get all the info from contacts field after mapping?

@Kuldeep Surana Yes import all your contact in CRM. In Company and Contact module you will get import option. If you contact is available in CRM then incoming call will also get recorded in CRM.

Lead to Opportunity
Is there any possibility that if i update my lead status my lead reaches to Opportunity ? if possible please suggest how can i do this...

@Bhavesh Pendharkar In Lead Status select "converted". It will create opportunity.

Imported contacts not visible in mobile
After importing some sample contacts, I'm not able to see them in my mobile from the same user even after re-login. They were imported from desktop and are perfectly visible there. Please guide me.

@Kuldeep Surana The imported data get committed in 1hour. So if you try to see immediately it want show.

If you are sure that data is ok then manually commite the data and then you can see.
Mapping Module and Mapping Field option has is empty
When try to map lead name, the mapping module and mapping field is empty. Please help me solve this issue!

@Kuldeep Surana untick the Mapping check box and save it. And again tick it. Hope this helps.
