Was thinking about leadership….there are many definitions but here is one: effective leadership is channeling the controlled attention of those in you collaborate with, centering it on a definite purpose, backing it by their intentional action, helping them think correctly, and giving them a deeper motive that empowers the entire process. If you dont get to somebody's core, you wont be effective. Athenticity !

Hi I’m Sam! I’m 28 and I recently started working as a supervisor for a finance company. I have a background in Public Health, which is where I started my career in supervision. I have a passion for making healthier communities and improving health outcomes but I decided to make a career change for the opportunity to work remotely. Maybe one day I’ll make my way back to Public Health or I’ll grow in the finance world who knows! For now I just know the freedom of working remotely is amazing. I’m an avid traveler and I hope to visit Panama soon! I’m an ocean girl through and through. I’m happiest in the water.
