I’ve always found myself naturally looking for ways to take care of the earth—whether it’s planting & connecting with trees, recycling, contributing to causes or simply being mindful of how my actions ripple out into the world. About three years ago, I came across The Happy Newspaper through social media and was instantly drawn to it. It’s a beautifully printed publication released every three months, filled with uplifting stories from around the world—acts of kindness, positive changes, and so much more. Plus, there are no advertisements, which makes it feel even more special. When I realised there were no available copies available in Australia, I decided to bring it here myself. I started by ordering copies and gifting them to friends and people I’d met along the way. Since then, The Happy Newspaper has grown to be embraced by schools, libraries, community groups, and individuals all across Australia. It’s been an incredible journey to see something so positive touch so many lives.
