Sorry I’m late 😭 But some goals I have are 1: meal prep ! When I don’t meal prep I tend to eat whatever is quickest and doesn’t always mean the best 2: staying active even on the days I don’t want to. Unless it’s due to having an exam I want to make greater efforts. I’ve been catching myself a couple weeks ago not being too consistent. 3: reducing alcohol intake 🫠

Hello everyone I’m Sarah ! I’m a mom to a one year old in the navy and online college student. My days are pretty crazy whenever I’m taking a course but really trying to prioritize my nutritional health in the chaos!
