Hardest part for me when wanting to lose weight is fatigue, with a 1yo son, a moderate mobility issue & a 5 day a week job I literally eat when I can & rest when I can, leaving no energy for much else….

@Kyle Willmington thank you, I’m worried as I’ve been told to consume at least 70g of protein a day also (by my neurologist) so it’s quite hard to stay in a calorie deficit when doing that…. I eat a lot of chicken & fish to try getting the protein up but still staying under about 1200cals, it’s literally a full time job 😂😂
