Hey everyone quick little quiz for everyone. What methods have you tried already in order to change your weight and health e.g diets, Gym pills, trainers, doctors , surgeries? And what has been the biggest struggle during using these methods?
I've tried the shakes, it worked but I missed actually eating. Calorie counting, again that worked but I found it annoying so I stopped 🤷🤦 And eating clean when I was alot younger. I don't seem to have that willpower anymore though 😂 I used to go to the gym daily too for years, which I absolutely loved and don't do anymore either
