Bio: I’ve been riding bikes for 56 years. I went from road cycling a lot to riding single track trails about 15 years ago due to the worsening traffic.

Bio: 59yrs old living inTexas. Veteran. Love cycling. Looking to develop the life long habits for lasting health.
