i launched an SEO domain brokerage
thought y'all might be interested. i get a ton of deal flow coming through my email/various communities... and I've sold many of these over the years, so: decided to put a ring on it. the brokerage can be found here: jnpr.com interested to hear your reaction (but I know my site is basic, just wanted to get this shit launched. we have some deadly cool names under contract that I'll be sharing soon) :)

Why Skool?
Hey all, I have an established newsletter (10 years) and planning on launching a community. I was going to use Heartbeat for my community (heartbeat.chat/) but know that Skool has been growing in popularity. My question is, why is Skool so popular? I can't seem to wrap my head around it. It seems pretty basic and the design (IMHO) is... ugly/boring. So why are so many people flocking to and promoting school?

I run a mid-six-figures SEO community and nothing beats the easy engagement of Slack. NOTHING. :)

seems like a zero -- did those domains get any bids? the domains on the site don't have any bids and are WILDLY overpriced lol. i think they're selling something no one needs--pay to bid, tokenized bids, whatever. It's hard enough just to sell a domain to a normal person with money and there's a lot more of them... what y'all think?

Your Operations Partner for Newsletters & Communities
Hey folks, me and @Maciej Marek met up in an amazing coffee shop in Prague last week and discussed how we could help make both newsletters (on beehiiv) and communities (on Skool) sought after asset classes for investors, like websites used to be. Last year, we ran Letter Operators as a high end $5K/m price point and targeted newsletter business owners who wanted to become hands-free. But sponsorships fell off a cliff and newsletters became less of a business to be acquired, and more of an asset to be leveraged by existing businesses with existing teams. So how do we bring investors back and get this asset class going again? By creating no-brainer operation offers: šŸ‘‰ A done for you newsletter operator service at $750/m for weekly sends at http://letteroperators.com/ šŸ‘‰ A done for you community management service at $750/m at https://communityoperators.com/ Together, let's make newsletters as an asset class great again, and help kick off the acquisitions market for communities!
