Let us reserve this thread for introductions so that people know who you are when you join. Just share your name and what your goals are or what you love to do - in the comments. What do you want to be able to do after working through the program? What do you think your biggest focus needs to be for that to happen? I’ll go first… I’m Steve, also known as the Radical Strength Coach. I love lifting, learning and growing. My goal is to be better than I’ve ever been, across all areas and to help as many men as possible to do the same. It’s actually more than a goal and something I’m passionate about - it’s become a burning obsession and I actually find it hard to think of anything else. What is your burning obsession? What is it, that you can’t stop thinking about? What will you do in life when you’re firing on all cylinders? Here are some of my goals: - To be bigger, stronger and more athletic than I’ve ever been. - To sprint pain free. - To read a book a week - To take up Mixed Martial Arts and fight my grandson 😀 - To be healthier than I’ve ever been (nearly at that point now) - To be a world class coach - To become a great public speaker and communicator That last one is the scariest 😨

I’m Sean and I work as a strength coach at Elite Underground. I was given an opportunity by my dad Stephen Williams, the owner of Elite Underground, to turn my life around as I went down the wrong path from being a teenager. He inspired and cajoled me to go down this path and through this process and has turned me into someone different and changed my whole life for the better. It has also changed my teenage son’s life for the better. My goal is to carry on down this path and help other men who are down on themselves or unhappy with their lot and want to turn their lives around. Some of my hobbies include lifting weights, MMA, riding motorbikes, hiking and climbing. I too want to improve in all areas of my life and then help others do the same, just like Steve. Some Of My Personal Goals: - Get bigger and stronger and stay lean - 30 Day Challenge to improve discipline and get back into that ‘I can do anything’ mindset - Improve skills such as Sales, Business, Speaking, Reading, Writing and MMA etc - Build a good life for myself doing what we do best - Coaching other men to be better with weight training, nutrition and mindset. - Get my life in order so I'm in a position to start a family and do it right from the start this time around. Time To Get To Work!
