Help with getting a CNC machine.

Thank you very much for the help and feedback. Few more questions. 1) It comes included with stepper motors, is that okay? 2) The spindle is 3kw water cooling, will that be enough to cut 3/4 plywood? 3) They also provide Vectric Aspire Software, is this software any good?

Thank you very much for accepting me once again. I have a two car garage for space, however I don't want to use all of it for just CNC. I would prefer to start with 4x8 CNC, and currently I'm looking for any Chinese made CNC. I would say my budget is around $4000.
