Sure, you can always opt for high protein breakfast options like a low fat Greek yogurt (Sykr is good, low fat quark) or put a smoked chicken or (low fat) salmon on a sandwich and of course eggs are awesome too. If you like it and got the money, you can easily infuse your yogurts or oats with protein power and make it high protein. Bro I recently struggle with gaining muscles. I take decently amounts of protein throughout the day and I workout like 4-5 times a week. The only problem: No progress I‘m not even close to look like the rock.. Any idea ?
Well tbh, this sound like either a problem with your diet or your training… or both😔 If you really see no progress, train consistently and eat right you are probably overestimating your protein intake and training intensity. You should change your diet and also change your training plan, feel free to text me what you eat and how you train + your weight would help too, so I can make you look like the Rock bro! (You also need a few drugs and tattoos to look exactly like him... and be brown :C )
