When i tried the feature to mask a phone number for my team. It deletes the first digit of the phone number. My team is not able to send or call to the people. These numbers were added by them itself . Like they have created a lead themselves and now they are working on them but number is changed. It happened with two of my team mates for whom i have used the feature of unmask. I have double checked if team has entered wrong number, but they are creating leads from calls received so no question of wrong entry. Although this thing is not on entries done by me . Any update on this would be helpful.
