HELLO
Today I think I’ve won by joking this group again. I am ready to admit that I am addicted to sugar. It’s about time. I am 78 years old and have diabetes for at least 30 years and my mother, her sister and her mother all had diabetes. I want the strength to do this.

A 77 yr old fe Sober 35+ yrs did 30 day in Jan 2017 then Keto 18 mos lost 35# now Carnivore/Low oxalates gained 15#in 3y cheating w/desert
