My thoughts… survival mode initially is critical to the strength and healing process. Staying there won’t allow for any healing. As in all behavioral, psychological, etc change is another pattern that must be grown. While you are not healed in survival mode I believe you can start the process of power and change/positive chances. The “emotional tundra” can protect like an antibiotic. All behavior is communication so in the end survival mode can be the gather your power so you can heal. I give my thoughts under #drsassysue and #drsassysuewisdom

@Grayson Allen I love rural life. I live in the city now but go to our family farm all the time. It is so wonderful. We have almost 900 acres on our family farm.
