Q&A style Podcast
has anyone integrated Q&A style podcasting where it’s a shorter podcast and you’re answering a question from your audience? I’ve been feeling a little bit of lack of motivation around my podcast solo episodes and I think one reason I’m feeling that way is because I do best energetically when I have a question to answer vs self creation. Thoughts on how to do this ? I haven’t been consistent with my podcast so I’m not sure where I’d get the audience to send the questions or if they even would. But I was thinking it could be called Thyroid Thursdays and I answer one question about Thyroid health & then maybe we also post that on Youtube.

@Justin Moore maybe I’ll start with chat gpt and client questions and remind people they can email my assistant each week and I’ll answer it the next week. They’ll catch in eventually! Hopefully
A guest told me about a genius strategy for podcast growth.. and then I literally used it live on the spot for that episode. 🎙️
Rob Cressy started the episode by saying how he wishes people were less "rigid" with their podcasts. A weekly 30 minute show is great.. But why not put MORE content out on your podcast.. Like short episodes between 3-10 minutes. Little "nuggets" as he calls them. He suggested a genius move: save one question from the interview... Then ask it in a short 5-10 minute part 2 episode. This doubles your content output and your downloads—a simple, no-brainer strategy. I had to use it - so I did it on the episode. Here's what I did, and what YOU should consider doing for your show too. 1. I saved a great question and didn't ask it 2. I told my audience what the question was and that it would be answered on the next episode 3. I stopped recording, then hit record again and did a short 10 minute episode with Rob. Boom - content output doubled. 🚀 We also talked about finding keywords to make episodes about, using AI to write blog posts, and much more. I just interviewed Adam War Kan, who is known as "The Instagram Guy". Without even marketing himself as an Instagram expert, he became known as the "go-to" person for Instagram growth.. If you're interested in: 1. Creating great hooks for Instagram virality 2. What kind of content to post and how often 3. Whether or not podcast clips are even worth posting 4. How to create a month of content in a couple hours And more.. Listen to the full episode. 👇 https://oh-my-pod-podcast-strategy.cohostpodcasting.com/

Youtube content and Podcast intros
I watched a webinar on optimizing content to gain Youtube subscribers. Youtube will start stop recommending you if people stop watching in the first 20 seconds. So in that time you have to let people know why they should keep watching. In orther words, in order to optimize my content for youtube...I need to make all of the intro changes that Justin recently told us to do! The change which is beneficial for my podcast, will automatically translate to benefit on youtube as well. What great timing on these two lessons!

How To Instantly Make Your Podcast LOOK Better (Wrong Way Vs. Right Way)
I just made an episode of my podcast all about making your show look visually appealing. Wrong Way: 🚫Using low-quality laptop camera for recordings 🚫 Having cluttered backgrounds in videos 🚫Neglecting proper lighting setup 🚫Lack of branded material for visual consistency Right Way: ✅Using phone's back camera for high-quality recordings ✅ Optimal camera angle with minimal space above the head ✅ Investing in lighting equipment for professional look ✅ Incorporating branded podcast material like hats, t-shirts, and signs ✅ Showcasing favorite books in the background for personal touch P.S. If you found this interesting, check out the full podcast episode I did breaking each of things down. 👇 https://oh-my-pod-podcast-strategy.cohostpodcasting.com/

you recommend proping the phone on your laptop so you get double recording?
