**Company** Acumen Business Catalyst is a pioneering leader in the realm of business consulting and training services, with a strong market presence in India and abroad. From large conglomerates to startups, SMEs, and family-run businesses, Acumen caters to a diverse clientele across industries including Manufacturing, Real Estate, FMCG, Telecom, Automotive, and Pharmaceuticals. With over two and a half decades of experience, Acumen is highly sought-after for its expertise, ability to customise and deliver excellence to their clients. **Challenges** Acumen, having been in business for over two decades with an exhaustive client list, faced a challenge in managing and following up on multiple leads for training and consulting services from both existing and new clients. Despite having processes in place as consultants, they lacked the necessary tools to streamline these tasks efficiently. **Solution** We saw that Sangam CRM could seamlessly align the various opportunities being generated by Acumen.
