Deciding on clients need.
Quick question. How do you respond to clients who mention 3D style on their title and need 2D style on their expertise choice? I'm confused with such kinds of clients. Thanks in advance.

I would say go by what is actually written in the job description/title. Also, if you're unsure then ask them. You want to make sure you and the client are on the same page before starting any job. I don't apply to jobs that are unclear, confusing to me or vague.

@Daniel G. Oh I'm not sure. I ask in the proposal sometimes just to clarify with them. I'm not sure if you can just send them a message otherwise...?

Workload Increase in Upwork
What do you guys do when the Clients increase and I have 2 in my mind what do you recommend, 1. hire someone under me and work as a team 2. Reject the Client

You can get a team together if that works for you or only take on as many clients as you can handle at a time. Worse case you have to decline a job because you are busy. If so ask the client if they can hold off until you're available again. Whenever I have a lot of clients and can't take on anymore work I put that I'm not available on my profile.
